200 year old Hermes of Paris, the retailer for the world’s finest leather goods, opened it’s flagship store in Crystals Mall at the Aria Hotel in July 2018. The 6th generation family business with 228 stores worldwide opened it’s first store in Las Vegas in the Bellagio hotel in 1998, and then expanded with a second store at the Wynn and Encore’s shopping passage.
Dickinson Cameron out of southern California was the general contractor on this location, their 3rd in Las Vegas, with Builders United completing much of the interior finishes including drywall, paint, GFRG, millwork and finish carpentry. The beautiful store boast 13,000 square feet of travertine marble, soaring two-story windows, fragrances, women’s wear, equestrian accessories, elegant home wares, rainbow-hued array of handbags, jewelry, a watch salon, and men’s wear.
The sweeping elliptical staircase is the grand centerpiece of the store, hanging from the second floor like a polished chandelier. Men’s buttery-soft leather jackets, lightweight blazers, pool-ready slides line the walls. Boots, loafers, and sandals line the back wall and small leather accessories and ties draw you back towards the front of the store. The space is like a colorful collage of the finest there is. Bracelets can be engraved, ties and carves can be embroidered or monogrammed, while suits and jackets can also be commissioned. The motto that every customer deserves a custom fit because we are all unique shines through in the beautiful finish.
